More Spaghetti Please!

We all like a good Western and nothing goes down better than a good old helping of Spaghetti. Gritty action and dramatic twists coupled with minimalist cinematography make this classic genre a real joy to watch and has proved popular amongst Movies 4 Men viewers.

Between 1960 and 1975 Europe produced over 600 Westerns many of which by Italian makers which helped coin the recognisable name we know today. The films at first were not highly regarded by many critics partly due to low production levels and a non-romantic view of the West. The name that helped change this perception was Director 'Sergio Leone' who made the infamous 'A fist full of Dollars' starring Clint Eastwood.

We are currently showing many great examples of this genre, including Django the Bastard, California, Django, Texas Adios, Bullet for a General, Keoma, Django Kill, Today its me Tomorrow its you, Vengeance, Carombola, Django V Sartana. Ruthless Four and 'The Big Showdown' starring Lee Van Cleef who earlier starred with Clint Eastwood in 'For a few more Dollars'.
