Daryl

About D.A.R.Y.L.

Pushed out of a moving vehicle, a 10-year-old boy (Barret Oliver) is found by an elderly couple and brought to an orphanage. All he can remember is his name, Daryl. Sent to foster parents, Daryl is the perfect son. When his picture appears in the local newspaper, however, his real parents come to claim him. Returned to a top-secret military base, Daryl is revealed to be a robot and is ordered to be destroyed. Escaping, Daryl steals a fighter jet, ejects just before the plane's blown up, and returns home to his foster parents.
